00ok Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 00ok platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and ancillary services made available through the 00ok website and any mobile-optimised version thereof. 00ok is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the Bangladesh market. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

00ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. 3. Account Verification and KYC

00ok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identification card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued document confirming your identity and date of birth. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

Failure to provide the requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawal functionality. 00ok reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful KYC completion. All personal data submitted as part of the KYC process is handled in accordance with the 00ok Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 00ok platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 00ok does not apply currency conversion fees. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 00ok will reject deposits identified as originating from a third-party account.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

00ok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to bonus-specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms take precedence with respect to that bonus.

Standard wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion. • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 00ok platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audiovisual material, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of 00ok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform.
• Use any 00ok trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the 00ok platform on another website or application without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 00ok intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 00ok, its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute goods or services.

00ok does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 00ok makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information presented on the platform.

10. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

00ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct set out in Section 7.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 00ok.
• Any activity that 00ok reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, regardless of whether formal legal proceedings have been initiated.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the 00ok Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
